When you place an order, you expect to receive it as quickly as possible, with the confidence that it will arrive exactly as requested. At Copykrea, we understand that. That’s why we pay close attention to every detail of the production and shipping process to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and as quickly as possible.
To guarantee your order's delivery timeframe, Copykrea offers three production methods: Rush, Priority, and Standard.
The Rush Production method is the fastest option available. Your files receive top priority in our production facility, allowing them to enter production ahead of other orders so they can be prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. We recommend this option if you need to receive your order as soon as possible.
The Priority Production method provides faster processing than the Standard option by giving your files priority within the production queue, although at a lower level than Rush Production. It is an excellent alternative if you want to receive your order quickly but do not require the fastest possible delivery.
With the Standard Production method, your files enter our production facility with lower priority for printing, while still ensuring delivery within the estimated timeframe shown before completing your purchase. This is the most suitable option if your order is not time-sensitive.
You can select your preferred production method when placing your order and entering your shipping address. During checkout, we will display the available options for your order, including the cost and estimated delivery timeframe, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs before confirming your purchase.
Please note that Rush and Priority Production methods may not always be available (and therefore may not appear as options during checkout) at certain times, in specific geographic areas, or for particular types of orders. This may occur during periods of high demand, for especially large orders, or due to specific order characteristics that make it difficult to guarantee delivery timelines while maintaining our usual service quality standards.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout once you have entered your delivery address and selected your production and shipping methods. The amount may vary depending on the destination, the production method selected, the weight of your order, or the total purchase value. To view the exact cost, simply configure your order and enter your delivery information. Available options and their costs will be displayed automatically before you confirm your purchase.

If your order does not reach the $15 threshold, a minimum order surcharge of $8.95 will be applied to cover setup and printing equipment start-up costs. This charge will appear in your order summary and at checkout and is additional to standard or priority production costs.
In other words, please be aware that you may see a small additional charge at checkout if your order with Copykrea does not meet the required minimum purchase amount.
Please note that promotional offers may occasionally improve production method pricing and therefore may not be reflected on this page. In addition, the transit times shown here may be subject to change or delays due to capacity constraints at our production facility or with shipping carriers (especially during peak periods such as back-to-school season, quarter or semester transitions, or special promotional events).
Please also note that Copykrea offers several payment methods and, depending on the option selected, your purchase may or may not be validated immediately. As a result, your order may or may not be forwarded immediately to our production facility for processing and shipping. If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, your files will not enter production and delivery times will not begin until payment has been received and validated in our bank account.
The preferred shipping carriers listed on this page for the various delivery regions may be changed by Copykrea whenever necessary.
Please also be aware that if our Customer Service team contacts you regarding irregularities, issues, or questions related to your files or orders, the delivery timeframe will begin only once these matters have been resolved with you.
Copykrea shall not be held liable if delivery of your printed materials cannot be completed due to false, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If, for reasons attributable to the customer and not to the shipping carrier or Copykrea, the order cannot be delivered to the specified address, Copykrea will have up to 30 days to resend the order. We reserve the right to charge shipping fees again, even if shipping was originally free at the time of purchase. Customers will always be informed of this situation.
Copykrea shall also not be liable if delivery cannot be completed within the estimated timeframe due to adverse weather conditions, government-imposed mobility restrictions, or emergency situations and disasters affecting specific areas.
In this regard, Copykrea shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in delivering orders caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, commonly referred to as "force majeure".
Furthermore, Copykrea shall not be held responsible when orders are not delivered within the estimated timeframe due to reasons attributable to the shipping carrier. Therefore, shipping costs will not be eligible for reimbursement.
However, if you selected Rush or Priority Production and your order is ultimately processed using the Standard Production method due to issues at our production facility, you may request a refund of the difference between the services. In other words, we will refund the additional amount paid for Rush or Priority Production, less the difference between the Standard shipping cost and the Rush or Priority shipping cost.
Delivery shall be deemed completed once proof of delivery has been signed and recorded in the shipping carrier’s systems.
Finally, Copykrea shall not be responsible for any additional costs arising from customs duties, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges.
